On HCB, any organization manager can update the organization's settings. Organization settings range from minor things, such as a new donation page message, to major things, such as whether or not transparency mode is enabled.

When a major setting is updated, we want to make sure everyone knows what changed and what it means for the organization. HCB will now send an email to all team members of an organization when transparency mode or monthly announcements are enabled or disabled.
